New FieldEPOS and FieldNet Solutions for 2009	Field Solutions has introduced a new browser based EPOS solution, FieldEPOS. This provides an access-anywhere distributed solution for capturing proposal data for submission either to Field Solutions’ new proposal management system FieldNet, or into any third party system. Henry Howard Finance becomes the first user of the new EPOS solution which will provide their vendor’s with a secure web-based on-line proposal origination and tracking portal. FieldCell brings higher Sales Productivity	For finance staff that require mobile ‘quick’ calculations the introduction of FieldCell provides the ideal pre-tax pricing tool for Vendors, Dealers and Finance agents. FieldCell offers a similar but streamlined suite of Freehand functions but through a mobile phone, rather than a laptop or PDA. Already, over 100 handsets have been deployed with major vendor specializing in agricultural machinery and the company expects strong interest from other asset finance vendors and dealers.
Asset Finance Business Process Framework Launched	Field Solutions announced the business process framework as the basis upon which it will deliver straight-through-processing from origination to contract management. The new framework brings together the company’s core products and services and creates an environment to introduce further product line and service enhancements. A core component of the framework is the new FieldLink. This establishes, on a lender by lender basis, a suite of electronic templates in the lender’s chosen format that automates a two-way submission process between the origination process and a lender’s contract management system. FieldLink has already been implemented at ING, Bank of Ireland, Bank of Scotland and Black Horse, with further lenders to follow. Click here for further information
